Billing questions
- Q.01Is there a free trial?
- When plans open, every plan starts with a 14-day trial, no card needed. Right now there is no download: leave your email and you get a message when a place opens.
- Q.02Can I get a refund?
- Within 14 days of buying, email hello@goodbunny.co and you are refunded in full. No form, no questions. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Q.03What counts as a site?
- One live website. Staging and local copies do not use a slot. Client sites are allowed on every plan, the One plan included.
- Q.04Do guests and teammates cost extra?
- No. Pricing is by sites, never by seats. Guests open a guest link with no account, and people with a login are included.
- Q.05Do I need Slack or Asana?
- No. Every report goes to the Inbox. Email it per report to the person you choose, no setup. Slack and Asana are optional extras for teams that use them.
- Q.06Does it work with other platforms?
- Today it works with WordPress, and it is tested with Gutenberg, Elementor and WPML. That is what exists now.
