Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Good Bunny is made and sold by AK | Web development, a licensed sole proprietor (osek murshe) registered in Israel, Kam 53, Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv, Israel ("we", "us"). It is built by AK Studio, the WordPress studio run by Alon Katziri.

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

These terms are between you ("you", the person or business that creates an account) and us. Your purchase itself is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms.

2. What Good Bunny is

Good Bunny has two parts:

With Good Bunny, a person you invite (your client) can propose changes to text, links and images on a WordPress site through a guest link. Nothing on the site changes until a user of that site approves the exact change. Approved changes are saved through WordPress's own data (for example Elementor, Gutenberg, ACF or menus), and each one can be undone.

Issues your clients report can be sent to Asana, if you connect it. The AI fix feature is not part of the service today. If we offer it later, it will come with its own terms.

3. Your account

You need an account to start a trial or buy a plan. You sign in with a link we email you; there is no password. Keep access to that email address secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and on the sites you connect.

You must be at least 18 and use Good Bunny for your business, not as a consumer.

4. Free trial

A new account gets a 14-day trial with no payment card. When the trial ends without a purchase, the licence moves to the lapsed state described in section 8.

5. Plans, licences and sites

Plans are priced by the number of production sites you can activate:

Plan Price Sites
Single site $149 per year 1
Agency $49 per month 10
Studio $99 per month 50

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added by Paddle where they apply.

6. Payment through Paddle

Paddle takes payment, issues invoices and receipts, and collects any sales tax or VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, you keep full use of Good Bunny for 14 days while Paddle retries the payment. After that the licence lapses (section 8) until the payment goes through.

We may change prices for future periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your renewal.

7. Refunds and cancellation

You can get a full refund within 14 days of a purchase by emailing hello@goodbunny.co. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable and you can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The full rules are in our Refund Policy. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

8. If your licence lapses

A licence lapses when a trial ends without a purchase, when a failed payment is not fixed within the grace period, when you cancel and your paid period ends, or when you are refunded. When it lapses:

Good Bunny never removes or alters your site's front-end content because a licence lapsed. Security updates for the plugins remain available to lapsed licences.

9. Your content and your clients

Your content stays yours. We claim no rights in your website content, your clients' changes, or anything else you put into Good Bunny.

Where it lives. In the current version, page content, proposed changes, guest names and screenshots are stored in your own WordPress database and are not sent to us. The plugin sends us licence and version information and counts of links and edits, and, once connected to the hub, page titles and addresses and guest-link records, as described in our Privacy Policy. If we later offer approval from the hub, any content it stores is covered by the retention limits in the Privacy Policy and DPA, and you will be asked to turn it on.

Your clients. You decide who gets a guest link. You are responsible for having the right to let them propose changes, for telling them how their information is handled, and for every change you approve. Approving a change is your decision; Good Bunny applies what you approved.

Email, Slack, Asana and webhooks. Reports, screenshots, change text and the notices about them go from your own site to destinations you set up: e-mail to your team (and a note to a client who left an address for one), your Slack, your Asana, your webhook, under your own accounts and their terms. None of it reaches us. A site connected to the hub also shares page titles and addresses and guest-link records with us. The Data Processing Agreement describes how this works.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use Good Bunny to:

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

11. The software

The WordPress plugins are licensed under GPLv2 or later. Your subscription pays for licence activation, updates, the hub and support, not for the right to the code itself. The Good Bunny name and logo are ours and are not covered by the plugin licence.

Updates are delivered through WordPress's normal update screen to active licences. Security updates go to every licence, including lapsed ones.

12. Changes to the service

We will keep improving Good Bunny, and some features may change. If we remove a feature that is a main part of a plan you've paid for, we will tell you by email and you may cancel and get a pro-rated refund for the unused part of your period.

We aim to keep the hub available but don't promise uninterrupted service. If the hub can't be reached, the paid plugin keeps applying changes for at least 21 days using its last valid licence check, and your site keeps working either way.

13. No warranty

Good Bunny is provided "as is". We work hard to make every change land in exactly the right place, and the plugin stops when it can't confirm a single match, but we don't warrant that the software is free of errors or suits every site. Keep your own backups.

14. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Good Bunny and close your account at any time from your account page or by emailing hello@goodbunny.co. We may end this agreement if you seriously break these terms, with notice where we can give it. When your account closes, we delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Changes already applied to your sites stay there; they are normal WordPress content.

16. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect and update the date at the top. If you keep using Good Bunny after that, the new terms apply.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes go to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
