Refund Policy

Last updated October 13, 2026

1. The 14-day refund

If Good Bunny isn't right for you, email hello@goodbunny.co within 14 days of a purchase from the address on your account, and you'll get a full refund of that payment. You don't need to give a reason.

This applies to every plan, including the yearly Single site plan, and to the first payment and each renewal.

The trial is free and needs no card, so there's nothing to refund if you only used the trial.

2. How it's paid back

Good Bunny is sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. We issue the refund through Paddle, back to the payment method you used. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Paddle sends you a confirmation.

3. After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days aren't refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.

4. What happens to your sites after a refund

A refund ends the licence for that purchase straight away. Your sites move to the lapsed state:

Nothing on your sites' front end is removed or changed.

5. Plan changes

When you move to a different plan, Paddle works out any charge or credit for the rest of the period. A plan change isn't a new purchase for the 14-day window unless it creates a new subscription.

6. Chargebacks

If something's wrong with a charge, please email us first. We answer fast and refunds within 14 days are automatic. A chargeback ends the licence the same way a refund does.

7. Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
